West Park Primary School is a Community co-educational establishment for boys and girls between the ages of 4+ and 11 years. Number on roll is 362.

There is a 52 place nursery attached details of which appear in a booklet available from the school reception.

Organisation

There are 11 mixed ability classes of approximately 30 children. The children are taught in class groups, individually or in small groups according to their needs and aptitudes.

At present the majority of classes are of mixed age groups, though this does not apply to the Reception class.
